Tom Evrard
Certified Coach specializing in Endurance, Health, and Nutrition
Let me share a bit of my story so you can understand how I came to coach dozens of endurance athletes.
⸻
I haven’t always been the “endurance athlete” type. For a long time, I actually hated running — or even cycling.
When I was 20, my father — who’s exactly 40 years older than me — invited me for a simple bike ride. At 60, he effortlessly dropped me on the very first climb...
That was a real wake-up call.
Convinced that training harder was the key to improving my fitness, I pushed myself relentlessly. The result? Injuries, stagnation, and frustration… until I started believing I simply wasn’t made for endurance sports.
Instead of giving up, I decided to understand why.
I dove deep into studying physiology, training science, and nutrition. That’s when everything changed — my performance skyrocketed, my injuries disappeared, and I discovered a genuine passion for endurance sports — and later for coaching.
This approach helped me break the 3-hour mark in the marathon, complete my first Ironman 70.3 in under 5 hours, finish the Mont-Blanc ultra-trail (92 km, 6,300 m elevation gain), and increase my cycling threshold power by more than 110 watts.
Today, those years of learning, experimenting, and training allow me to help other athletes progress sustainably and reach their goals.
My coaching approach is grounded in science and experience, and above all, built around a deep, personalized understanding of each athlete — their physiology, goals, and unique journey.

🎯 Helping athletes reach their performance goals while optimizing their health : a mission close to my heart.
🌟 My Philosophy
For me, every athletic goal achieved is far more than a victory.
It’s proof of progress, discipline, and above all, personal fulfillment.
As a coach, my mission is to guide you along this journey, giving you the tools to:
🧠 Understand your body
🚀 Maximize your performance
💪 And take control of your long-term health
💭 The Reality
Everyone wants to be healthy, yet few truly succeed.
Why? Because “being healthy” is often a vague goal without a deadline, something we tend to postpone. And because health is too often taken for granted… until we realize how precious it really is.
Starting at age 25, our physical capacities naturally begin to decline if our training doesn’t evolve. This gradual decline can reduce performance, increase the risk of injury, and affect long-term autonomy and overall health.
The point isn’t to alarm you — it’s to take action to preserve vitality and longevity. 🙌
🎯 My Conviction
The key, in my view, is to set concrete athletic challenges.
Goals that inspire you, push you out of your comfort zone, and encourage you to:
✅ Move consistently
✅ Eat better
✅ Sleep better
✅ Strengthen your mindset
These challenges then become a source of motivation, a true driving force. They naturally lead to stronger health, overall well-being, and a better version of yourself.
⛰️ Endurance sports: a limitless playground
Endurance sports are an infinite field of exploration.
A unique way to push yourself — physically, mentally, and personally.
Every challenge, whether a marathon, triathlon, or ultra, is an opportunity to test your limits and learn more about yourself at every stage.
🌟 Guiding others through these challenges embodies my core values:
✅ Progress every day
✅ Explore my limits
✅ Share what I learn
