Payment terms

 

Welcome to the Level Up Consulting Payment Terms page. Thank you for choosing our endurance sports coaching services. Please read the payment terms below carefully.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept online payments by credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. These options offer a secure and convenient way to pay for our services.

2. Billing

Invoices will be issued before the services are provided. You agree to pay the amount specified in the invoice within 15 days of the invoice date.

3. Non-Payment and Contract Termination

Failure to pay an invoice within 15 days of the invoice date will result in the automatic termination of the contract between you (the client) and Level Up Consulting. This termination will not affect any fees for services already rendered.

4. Fees for Services Performed

In the event of termination due to non-payment, the debtor is obligated to pay all fees related to services rendered up to the termination date. These fees will be specified in the invoice issued.

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the instructions provided on the invoice. Late payments may incur late fees.

6. Secure Payment Information

Your payment information is secure and processed in accordance with current security standards. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
