Cancellation before receiving the report: You can cancel your order within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund.
After receiving the report: Once the test report has been delivered, no refund will be possible, even if the 14-day period following payment has not yet expired. The report contains personalized and actionable data, which cannot be "returned."
